If you still do, open the thread back up to be "Unanswered" (please use the search to learn how to do that) and then give more details for your query (e.g. which portal version, what you've tried already, where you got stuck).
Right now your question is a basic one (that could be removed any time for that), that shows no effort on your side to solve the requirement yourself. SCN is not here to do your work for you, but to help you do it.
