Error while communicating with the server

One of my user is getting the below mentioned error while saving the data through input form.

'Error while communicating with the server'.

Screen shot attached for reference.

Is this error related to server load?

Let me know your suggestions to fix it.

SAP BPC10.0 NW version.

Hi Rajesh,

The error you get is generic, providing more detailed log could be helpful.

But you can check both notes:

1664950 - Error in Excel add-in 10: Error while communicating with the server

and

1932944 - "Error while communicating with the server" when trying to log on to EPM Add-in client
