Hi,
We have strange error regarding ITS.
Out of templates(FGr LMOB) we created new Service. In SICF there is a working service.
When we call it there is a logon window and after puting user/password we receive HTML error.
Came to conclusion that Service itsmobile(standard) is causing this error.
At Quility system we had this issue, on Development not. All code is the same , settings on service is the same. ITSMOBILE service is active (tested via ISTMOBILE00 in SICF).
But after publishing internet service on dev system ITSMOBILE (from se80) also Development is not working anymore.
It seems that ITSMOBILE cannot be published otherwise error.
Any Ideas?
What we tried:
- recreate templates -> no success
- Invalidate system-wide MIME and HTML Template caches via txn SITSPMON (Template & MIME cache tab) -> no success
- Invalidate the ICM cache globally via txn SMICM (Go to -> HTTP Server Cache -> Invalidate -> Global in system) -> no success
- republish our service, and also all services -> no success

What happened?
The template templates/itsmobile/99/include/sound.html

The syntax error is in row: 4, column: 130
The HTMLB row with errors is:

Hi Adam,
What are the GUI Configuration settings of your own ITSMobile service set in the transaction SICF?
What generation style was used to create it's HTML Templates?
Can you check if the following note is relevant
1511087 - ITSmobile: fixed System Messages dialog (SAPMSSY0 120)
and also

We have just upgraded to new ehancement package, so everything should be as new as it gets.

@1511087 : On other system it worked fine , before publishing ITSMOBILE service...

Hello Adam,
is there an ITSMobile service called: 'LM00'?
Was the service: ITSGENMOBILE4 published before you regenerated the
templates for your ITSMobile service: ZMLRF_LM00 ?
From the dump in ST22 - can you include further details to this SCN thread?
Especially details of the Kernel sections of the dump.
Can you also confirm the Kernel and SAP_BASIS levels that you are on?
Regards,
Oisin
Hi Oisin,
There is a service LM00. And it's active.
I've run one report to published all services, then regenerated my own service.

Hi Adam,
If you add the parameter
~NO_LOGON_USEREXIT 1
to your ITSMobile service "ZMLRF_LM00" GUI Configuration to now give:
~THEME 99
~TRANSACTION LM00
#MOBILE This is a mobile service
~ITSMOBILE 1
#ENABLE BACKGROUND SOUND FOR MESSAGES
~ITSMOBILEMSGSOUND 1
~SOURCES ZMLRF_LM00, LM00, itsmobile
~NO_LOGON_USEREXIT 1
See the note
1465767 Logon user exit SUSR0001 not called
for further information on this parameter.
What are the result's now when you test your ITSMobile service "ZMLRF_LM00"
Regards,
Oisin
Hi Adam,
what is the path to this ITMobile service "ZMLRF_LM00" in SICF
Is it under:
default_host/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/ZMLRF_LM00
if not
to check whether the issue is with the service location or not,
can you copy the service ZMLRF_LM00 under
default_host/sap/bc/gui/sap/its and test if there is
any difference in behaviour on the handheld device?
Regards,
Oisin
