version issue

Hello Gurus,

We have upgraded MS SQL Database 2008 R2 to MS SQL Database 2012 ,After that we applied stack XML by using SUM tool,

Upgrade is done successfully,At SAP level in system status tab product version displying see details .

Please find the attachement and help us to resolve the issue.

Hello Yuga,

Maybe Note 2122939 - SAP System Data: "- See Details -" instead of installed Product Version can answer your question.

It is not a bug, you can click the button under - See Details - and switch to tab Installed Product Version to get the version.

Even I had noticed this in the newer releases. Thought it was a BUG. But, it's NOT.

Yes, the Tab "Installed Product Versions" comes with SPAM Version 54. Maybe that's the reason SAP recommends us to update SPAM before SPS/EHP upgrade.

Hi,

the previously mentioned SAP KBA 2122939 - "SAP System Data:"- See Details -" instead of installed Product Version", shows that this works as designed, because the Details can be found after pressing the button:

After pressing this button you can check product version and perform the actions described in this KBA.
