Quotation creating with CS order operational costing

Hello,

I looking for a solution to create a quotation link to CS order where the management operational costing is activitated.

Actually , I would like to create a quotation with service product on header of order but when I realease the DP80 transaction I got error message  : "Order xx requiries assignement to an operation number ERP_CO_OLC_E003".

My ODP1 customizing is ok and I use the characteristic "product" like selection criteria.

I have make tests without the management operational costing for order and there are not problems.

I don't know if someone have already had this problem but if you have a solution I'm more than interrested.

Please share details description of error with Error  screen shots.

May be some customizing missing in ODP1 Configuration.
