Capacity requirement is not considering in planned order

Hi all,

I created WC and available capacity is 0.32 days/day, and m/c time is 5 days. After MRP run planned order is created with b/w start and end date is only 5 days (not considering the actual capacity available/day and considering 24 hrs as available/day). Can any one help to achieve the rqmt...?

But when time units changed to hrs in WC... system taking correct values... Is there any settings required in time units..?

Hi Suhasini,

      Please try to activate the indicator 'Relevant to finite scheduling' in work center master and then try again to check whether MRP will consider the available capacity of the work center.

Hello Suhasini,

Unit in which available capacity should be hours press F1 and check help on Base unit of measure.

In this case, you must maintain the conversion for the unit of measure to the base unit of measure by selecting the menu options "Extras -> Units of measure" on the header data screen. HRS to DAY

Also in work center activate Finite scheduling and then Run MRP with lead time scheduling.

Make sure that you are running MRP with lead-time scheduling (parameter scheduling = 2).

If it does not solve the issue, please provide a screenshot of your planned order.
