Use of Relay server when SMP 3 server is installed on Linux

Hi everyone,

We have installed an SMP 3 SP05 server on Linux machine (Redhat 6.4)

We are planning to install a relay server in the environment, so all external connections would be through it.

We are thinking of using Windows machine with IIS 7 for it.

Would the normal use of RS.config and RSOE files work in this case?

Or do we have to do some additional configuration?

Or should we use something different?

Need help on this.

Regards,

Suraj

Hi Midhun,

We have seen that link...

We just wanted to confirm whether we would be able to use Relay server being installed on Windows machine and the rsoe files in a Linux machine.

Hi Suraj,

I didn't find any info on that. But I assume it should work.

rsoe is available for windows and linux so you can get the the rsoe for linux to configure it in SMP linux box.
