Initiator Rule not pulling in the result value from Decision Table

I have an initiator rule with the following logic

FIREFIGHT – path a

CREATE – path b

CHANGE –pathc

I am unable to pull in the rule result for CHANGE and CREATE in the Maintain Rules section. My decision table has been updated with the correct result values.

When I click on add I cantfind the other Rule results (CREATE and CHANGE) in the decision table defined.

Here is my initial set up of the initiatorrule.

HI Rahul,

as per your screen shots I can see that a you have created the BRFplus rule correctly but while maintains the rule in MSMP workflow Maintain Rules stage you have missed to maintain the Trigger values CHANGE AND CRETAE In Rule result  , you have just maintained firefighter . This is the reason you are unable to find the path in the later stages of the MSMP CONFIG.

The trigger values from the brf plus rule should be manually added in the Maintain rule stage in MSMP CONFIG . try maintaining the Rule result with change and create By clicking on add .

Hello Rahul,

In this screenshot u need to add the other two entries that u have maintained in your BRF+

In Rule Results, Click on Add and add the following entries

Rule Result Value                Description

Create                                 Some Meaningful

Change

Let me know if you are still getting error after doing the steps.

Hi Rahul,

I faced with the same issue...

Try to save and activate MSMP with only FF path, then try again to find CREATE and CHANGE.

Dear Rahul,

i assume you have taken rule id from Function,not from decision table in BRF+

could you share your Function screen shot with rule id from BRF+

Seems to be no issue from BRF+.

can you  try by removing FIREFIGHT and Rule id,then start again from 1st step(Some times it works).
