531 movement type

Iam using components with negative quantity and with backflush.

When i go for phase  confirmation, i can see components in goods movement, but movement type 531 is miising and gets message to add movement type.

When backflush tick is removed in component list of process order and try to do goods issue using migo. Then i cannot see components which have negative quantity in process order bom.

Do we need any configuartion for by-products

Auto GR for co product is not possible in ECC unless you have activated DIMP(IS Mill ) Solution by which auto GR for co product check box is activated in OPK4N.

Check below SAP Notes 1063323 - Order confirmation with automatic GR of co-products and Note 944312 - Order confirmation and automatic GR of co-products.

And recently I have come across with activating business function LOG_PP_CI_1 you can achieve auto GR in ECC also.

Hello Kiran

As far as I know, 531 is the movement type for by-product, not for co-product.

Movemen type 531 is taken from the customizing transaction OPKA, therefore, please check if this customizing is correct on your system.

In OPKA, for package CO, 531 movement type is maintained

As Iam using it for process order, shall i create entry for  COCR package
