Give the clearing item a reason code

I want to give a reason code to the automatically created clearing item. But if I choose the standard clearing, the the automatically created clearing item can not be given the reason code.

Is there anyone knows what's the reason?

what are the conditions for the reason code to be set? Can there be more than one possibility?

Ideally, you can make a substitution with a few steps. If it is more complex, you have to have a user exit developed as Marssel already suggested.

you have to create a user exit for substitution rule to have this field automatically assigned.
