There is no such thing. Are you asking if the old Career Planning module in the R/3 solution have a counterpart in the ECC 6/ehp4 Talent Management solution?
Employees manage their 'careers' by entering information in the Talent Profile service in ESS i.e. what are my career goals, the job that you want, work experiences etc. Information which is visible to the Talent Management Specialist and to managers. But nowhere did SAP say that this constitutes as the 'career management' module. I think it's part of the Talent Management Core functionality.

The information that enters employees in the TAB "career goals" is only informative ?
With you information , SAP not allow manage Career Planning module using TM.?
I think that an option is use old Career Planning module in the R/3 solution and create developments using WDA in the portal ?

If you have STVN, I believe the information entered in Career Goals is used in the Succession Planning module in TM.
First of all, what do you have in mind when you say 'Career Planning module'. I mean what are the processes like?
The Career planning module in R/3 is just one report with functionality to add 'successors' to position/jobs via relationships.

The company want that the TMS can display the path of careers that an employee need to reach a position. Example:
Management career
Manager of IT Department
|
System administrator
|
Programmer
|
Trainee
With The Career planning module in R/3 ,Careers are displayed and can be edited usingSAP Network Graphics.
Anyone have others suggestions ?
