Hi Experts ,
In one of the issue , user not able to see the filter icon in the B-Ex Analyzer Add in option. Specifically all user having access to filter icon but only one user unable to view the same filter icon.
To get the filter icon , here we don't know whether it is a authorization Issue or something else ?
Could anyone came across the same situation , please share the thoughts also suggest on which roles i would see this particular the authorization object for the filter icon .
Thanks in advance !
Regards,
Rita
Hi Rita,
Ask user to logon into one of his/her colleagues machine to check whether user can able see the filter icon. Or take user credentials and try to check in your machine. Even try with your credentials or his/her colleagues credentials in user machine and see they can able to see the filter icon.
if issue is with user's machine, then re-install the BEx add-in.
Best Regards,
Vengal.

Hi Rita,
the user needs to set the right level for macro security in Excel.
It needs to put a trust for the SAP macros.
so best is to compare the macro security settings between a user and excel where it is working with the one where it is not working.

Cornelia

Hi Rita,
This looks like a add-in issue. ask your used to check the add-in is properly unabled or not. Ask him to unable it again.
Meanwhile he can try using someone elses ID on his machine to see if the issue persists.
