Web ui Applications not loading

Hi,

We built new Sandbox system in sap crm 7.0.  When we try to open the business roles on web ui, its showing "Starting SAP CRM" message but not opening the CRM Applications.

I have activated all the service under SAP-BC-BSP. Even then facing the same issue.

Any ideas? Please let me know.

Check all the services are activated in new your sand box system in SICF transaction code.
