I am so sorry for such a basic question but I am a workflow guy and not LSO functional, I have been asked to enhance substitution functional on course approval. However for me to do this i need to know which workflows are in use. They are not using the standard LSO workflows.
Therefore the only solution is to book a course and see which workflow is triggered.
With this approach I have a problem because all course in the development client have no dates available, i therefore have to setup a course with correct dates. I have done everything but i am not able to setup the course date ie begin date, Where can I do this in the backed or IMG? Not portal please i need to do it in backend.
I will book te course as a user in the portal but the setup is back end.
