Unable to reread PP Master Data in Production order after creating TO

Hi Friends,

I have a issue were after creating Transfer Order am unable to read the PP Master data in Production order and system is throwing an error

" Post reading of routing without BOM not possible after release" Please give some inputs so that i can reread the Production Order.

have ran the Program ZPSFC243B and it corrected the reservations.Below are the screen shot before running the program.

This could be due to the SAP system design in case of TO, you may raise this to OSS.

This note have been applied and its working for Transfer requirement and the current issue is with Transfer Order where i am unable to read PP master data and get order in to CRTD status. Please advice.

It is not always possible to read the order master data. For example, after you post goods movements or confirmations (or with a TO created). This is necessary to keep the order consistency.

I have not done Goods Movement or confirmation, created production order and released, system has created Transfer Requirement and Transfer Order.

Dear Raj,

Once TO is created it is not possible to Read PP Master data.

Try to cancel the TO using LT15 & then check.

Raj,

This is standard behaviour of system once TO and TR is created you can not revert order status to CRTD.

You can try once in below way first cancel the TO in LT15 then close the TR in LB02 by selecting the processed check box for stopping further TOs creation.

Then try with reading master data if that does not work only option for you to TECO the order and create a new one.

Hello Mahenp,

This is due to the system design.

When you delete transfer requirements, the transfer requirement quantity is not reset in the related reservations. You will have error message  C2 135 while doing read PP master data.

Please refer OSS note   1642564 - Open transfer requirement prevents postreading of master data

Use the program ZPSFC243B to transfer requirement quantities to reservation.
