Planned & confirmed labor hours for Work Center

I searched through SCN & different forums for solution, didn't get much.

Our business needs a report that shows following:

1. Planned labour hours per Work Center via Routing for a date range.
2. Confirmed labour hours per Work Center for a date range.

Standard tables point to operation-wise values while requirement is for individual Work Centers labor hours.

Any help on how to get these values will be appreciated. Thanks.

Don't see labor hours on COOIS with all list options. Moreover data stored in structures. Can you help further please.
