Revaluation of consumption - Make to Order

Former Member

Dear experts,

We have a problem with the cost of materials in a multilevel and revaluation of consumption at the end of period, where the cost generates a big difference.

This scenario occurs when we have a sales return (make to order - mov 653), transfer posting - special stock (mov. 413) and rework this material with a CO production order, creating a recursion on this item.

Example:

All material movements

I believe Note 575801 will help you in this case.

Hi,

Please follow the text from the below link:

Revaluation at Actual Prices - Internal Orders (CO-OM-OPA) - SAP Library

"When you use revaluation, you cannot apply any percentage overhead to costs that have cost element category 43 (internal activity allocation). If you were able to perform revaluation on cost elements with applied overhead, you would have to recalculate the overhead, leading to a recursion."

Thanks,

Robin
