APO: Order does not exist

Former Member

Dear experts,

I have a scenario where the Sales Order is not updating to APO.

I cannot see any sales order in RRP3 screen.

The IM is active for sales orders.

But i can see the queues stuck with error message "Command to tRFC/qRFC: Execute LUW again".

If I check in application log it is showing

Object encountered Livecache block on 11 occasions

as the object is locked at present.

I took one order and tried changing the sales order through VA02 somehow the line item is getting updated but not the Sales order number.

What I found is that, “R3 object” which determines what order type (Sales order) it is not updating to APO.

Something is stopping the order to update in APO.

For this i tried CCR the order is picking as issing in APO with error code 236.

When i try to push to APO it is not moving. it is lying there only.

SLG anf CFG logs also not showing anything anything relevant.

Plase help me with your thoughts.

Thanking you.

Sree,

Is this a new implementation, or is this an existing implementation, which has already been demonstrated to be successfully configured, and for which you have other sales docs that are processing successfully?

Hi DB49,

Thank you very much for your response.

And I am really very sorry for late reply.

No this is not a new implementation this is existing only and we are able to process the sales orders successfully for other plants and materials.

But happening recently, earlier it was fine.

I have seen one of your posts in SCN and in that you mentioned that, some times if CCR is not able to push the orders to APO but stucking with 236 error code there must be some userexit or badi which is stopping. But I tried debugging with technical expert i did not find any user exist which is effecting.

Please advice.

Thanks and regards,

Sree.

Sree,

There can be many reasons for getting this.  Much easier to just repair the order and move on, rather that search for a root cause.  If the problem continues to occur with regularity, then look for root cause.

Try this:

1.  In APO run /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21; use these settings:

     a. Logical system

     b. Product

     c. Location

     d. Read requirements from doc flow

     e. Update table VBBE

     f.  Check SD order tables

     g  Deselect 'test mode'

2.  Delete the errored queue (in APO, /SAPAPO/CQ or similar).

Afterward look in //RRP3 and re-check in //CCR.

Hi DB49,

Thanking you for your advice,

I tried the /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 report option as well, but no luck.

Finally we raised a message to SAP.

So, waiting for the reply. I will update you once I hear from SAP.

Thanking you.

Thanking you DB49 & Marius for your valuable inputs,

The SAP suggested to restart the livecache and as for now the issue is solved. But need to see whether will it occur again or not.

Thanking you closing this thread.

Hi Sree,

Please check in BD61 (ECC system) if Change pointers is activated. Also, did you maintain publications on APO side for sales orders?

Thanks.

Hi Marius,

Thanking you for your reply and sorry for the late reply.

Yes the change pointers are activated in BD61. Publication type is not maintained in APO for the particular plant, but it is working fine in quality system for the same plant and material (Quality also publication not maintained). This is not a new plant and working fine quite a long time. But happening currently.

It has problem only with few plants.

Please advice.

Thanking you.
