Leave Passage (Ticket Provisioning)

Hi,

We are implementing Saudi payroll.

We struck at Leave Passage configuration.

Can any body share this configuration steps or any links.

I have gone through your document, It is good.

Please help on below doubts........

1. Is ticket provision configuration is same as Sick leave/ Casual Leave type?

2. Is it Attendance type or Absence Type?

3. How much quota should we keep in base entitlement?

My requirement is ......

Employee and 3 dependents are eligible Ticket Provision yearly once.

find answer on your below questions/doubts

Yes ticket quota configuration same as other leave types, but not treated as leaves/absences

2. Is it Attendance type or Absence Type?

For your information this is quota mention as absence type like annual leave type

3. How much quota should we keep in base entitlement?

for base entitlement keep as one (1) but you have to create four quotas separately for everyone

My requirement is ......

Employee and 3 dependents are eligible Ticket Provision yearly once.

No problem once you create ticket quota separately by keeping base value as 1 then system create accurate provision 1/12 = 0.00000083 every month

Hi,

I have configured 4 Absence Types (Leave Provision) 4 Absence Quota Types.

I did all configuration, as per Annual leave configuration.

Quota is not getting generated.

We are using Positive Time evaluation.

Should I maintain Quota name in IT 0021 against dependent ?

Hi,

Yes u have to maintained Infotype, 0002, 0016 and 0021 (for family only)

if still not generated than have a look on your quota and make sure feature and configuration settings for your ticket settings,

Hi Shafi,

if you are not able to see the proper infotype 0021 as per, kindly make sure that your country grouping is not properly assign. correct your view in back end settings to get a saudi country specific view.

In Model pool IT 21 other fields are not appearing as per your above screen shot.

In IT 16 -- Proposal values have been changed field is grayed out.

I unable to check the box.

Please any other inputs

No issue related check box its by default grayed and changed if you changed proposed value in IT0016 for example if value in maximum dependents 3 and change it into 4 or 5 then system assign this check box that proposed value has been changed.

any way tell me now you able to see it0021 view as per saudi based.

Hi,

Quota is getting generated, but only one quota. Dependent quota is not generated.

24LQA feature return value only one quota I assigned i.e 51.

How to maintain all quota types to 24LQA feature. or only employee quota is enough.

Please let me know.

By the way which version do you have installed as Saudi Localized add-on?

I am in EHP 6 SP 18.

LOCHRSAE   605 SP 18

IT 0021 Model pool checked.

The field names are not available.

I checked in SE11 also, the fields are not available.

Dear Shafi,

Do one thing as per below mention steps:

1- Access transaction code SPRO>Personnel Management>Personnel Administration>Customizing User Interfaces>Change Screen Modifications

2- Click on New Entries

3- Provide following parameter

• Module Pool: MP002100
• Variable Key: 24
• Standard Screen: 2000
• Alternative Screen: 2024
• Feature: Blank
• Next Screen: 0

4- Press Enter & Save
