UAR Review

Hi gurus,

I am the reviewer of a UAR and when I access I select all the roles-users to approve them. However, when I try to submit it, I get the following message: "Perform action on all assigments before submitting". (Check image attached).

Am I doing something wrong?

It was solved applying note 2132850.

Hi John,

Even after updating message class as per the note  i am still facing the same issue.

Attached the image of the error. 

could you please let me know if i need to perform any additional steps ?

Hi John,

It seems only the last line item is selected as per the snapshot.
Please try selecting all the line item and then clicking on to approve.

Thanks for your message, but even though only one line is marked, all are selected as "approved". Howver, the same messge appears, any other idea?

Hi Baithi,

I have alreay double checked but although I have configured the system exactly the same, the same is hapenning,

Could you please try in your system to approve all the users assigned to a role and send me what youc an see?

Hi John,

In your UAR request, Is the "ACTION" column has been updated for all Line Items in the request to either APPROVE/REJECT by selecting Line Item level Approve/Reject buttons?

This error message is shown only if you miss the above mentioned part.

I selected "approve" to all line items as you can see in the screenshot. Should I complete something else?

Hi John,

If 'comments' are mandatory(please check Stage Settings and Configuration parameters), then can you provide them and check. Alo,  can you please provide SLG1 log

Hi! Commetns are not mandatory! and SLG1 does not provide anything helpful.
