Still not clear with the query, If i understand the question clearly you want the prompts values to be changed dynamically without changing the prompts.
You can achieve this by using the play control or play selector, but using this the values are changing quickly tried to slow down but unable to do that. because when the time prompt value changed it requires some time to get refreshed from the DB.
If this a test, let me tell you its not working as perfectly. If its from customer then educate them with the limitation.
