PMS viewing of appraisal scores by the appraisee

Hi Friends,

I have an question on PMS.

Currently the performance appraisal scores are visible to employees (appraisees’) immediately after the Appraiser saves the score.

But the viewing of appraisal scores by the appraisee should be possible only after the appraisal scores are submitted by the appraiser.

Can any one help on this.

Hello

Please check your column access  for rating column . You have given display option to your employee.  . also check the owner of that column . If you have given rating column owner as appraiser then mark column access in final rating column  for employee hide . it will not show employee the rating.

Hi

You can make hide  to other final appraisal column. So that it will hide to employee . if you need  more control on this , then u can go for badi enhancement - column access.

Also , you need to hide your final appraisal  column in planning , review stage. only final appraisal stage u can keep for change to appraiser.

can you check  BAdI HRHAP00_VAL_DET BAdI HRHAP00_COL_ACCESS could you please check whether you have value "K Hide (Value determination in background)" set in the Final Appraisal column in the column access tab? Please take into account that you can also change the element access to hide the desired value.
