Hello Team,
While performing hiring action we are coming across one strange warning message. Have a look on below:
1. B0008 Relationship of P exceed 100% by
2. ????? Unknown Personnel Number and B008 relationships of P …… exceed 100 % by 100,00 %
In table OOVK we have maintained check the relationship characteristic 100% check and W message…so its throwing warning message. For Sweden its giving 1 message only but when we do hiring for Brazil its throwing both two warning messages.
Even Vacancy Infotype is maintained on the date of hiring only and also as ‘Vacancy Open’.
Is there anything country specific setting needs to do?? Please suggest.
Hello Team,
Thanks for response. This issue has been resolved since same holder was assigned to two different positions at a time with staffing percentages 100.
Whenever we perform hiring for that particular country (BR), same Personnel number or holder is automatically gets assign to another position along with the position for which we did hiring action. (holder assignemts carried out for two company codes at a time) How come it happens at the same time?? Can anybody suggest where it’s going wrong?? Look at below screens:
Best Regards,
Rajas

As mentioned by Mr.Venkatesh check the entries in PO13 and see if there are any multiple entries for the same start and end dates for that particular position. If the position is shared, then check the percentage allocation between the two holders of position.

Go to PO13 and pass the position number which is used while performing hiring action and check the relationship A008 and percentage maintained against to it, it should not exceed 100% accordingly it works.
