Dispute Management Error

Hello Expert,

I'm trying to create dispute case from FBL5n and getting below error.

Error adding object 073118000000392012001 (type BSEG, anchor CDIS_INV, relationship F6)

Message no. UDM_MSG007

I didn't  made any changes in RMS ID UDM_DISPUTE, I'm using standard one and in customization for case type as below screenshot.

Can anyone please assist me ASAP.

Is the company code extended to Dispute Management?

Did you amend the modeler?

have you created any disputes in the system or is this your first one?

1)Yes, Company code extended to Dispute Management.

2)Did you amend the modeler? Not sure what you are referring? Please help me to understand.

3) No, This is first one in system.

OK - I just looked at your case type config

You have profiles and attributes relating to customer disputed objects - is this what you want to use?

If you do - the "case rec model" - needs to be linked to the customer disputed objects one.

If you dont want to use customer disputed objects amend the attributes and functions to the standard values.

PS - I would not change the standard values delivered by SAP - copy them with a "Z" version.

Dear Mark,

I used  case rec model as UDM_DISPUTE_CDIS and copy and created own record module.

even i made the changes to standard in case type as like below. but sill error exist.

PS: Whether i need to change anything in case record model? or any particular customization required. I followed all the standard steps, Still issue exist.

the error you are getting relates to customer disputed object

If you want it - make sure the field is active in the attributes, and you have activated this per company code

If you dont want it, make sure the field is not active in the attributes, and you have not activated this per company code.

If you dont know what customer disputed objects do - please refer to a SAP Partner/ Consultant that does.
