Hi Sap Experts,
I have a question that.. we are sending the clock in and out entries from third party recording terminals to SAP through interface.. it updates interface table CC1TEV and then through standard program it updates TEVEN.
Requirement:
If employee has two clock in for example 08:35:35 and again clocks in at 08:40:40,, so system must accept the earliest one clock in..
same way for Clock out.. the latest clock out must be captured..
When SAP posting the Time events to TEVEN, can this be controlled with reaction indicators and should we go for PCR's
Thanks
Sriram
Hi Sriram,
What is the business driver behind this requirement? Can you please throw some light on this?

Hi Vivek,
Thanks for your reply, Business doesn't pressure much on this requirement, but they are just asking me, can this be done?
Business may feel like if employee clocks in twice between 30 mins.. they want Earliest clock in to be considered, same way for clock out Latest Clock in to be considered. I told them that i would go for PCR to achieve this. but they request me can this be done in Reaction indicator table itself?
Thanks
Sriram
