how to remove a background job(Canceled) which was sheduled in deleted client

Hei experts,

I need to remove one background job from my client 555, every 15minutes the job is getting cancelling, below are the details

Job name : SAP_CCMS_CENSYS_DISPATCHER

Job class : C

Status     : Canceled

Job Start :

After Event:

     Event      : SAP_CSM_TRIGGER_CENSYS_DISPATCH

Job frequency : Event periodic

Error message : Logon of user BASIS in client 500 failed when starting a step

This job was created in deleted client 500, now i have only 555 client.

please let me know how to remove this job, which was created in obsolete client.

I cant able to see this job in other than cancelled status in SM37

Hello Muhammed,

try to deschedule it in RZ21 --> Technical Infrastructure --> Configure Central System --> Deactivate Central System Dispatching. Do you get an error if you deschedule it from here?

Hello Muhammed,

In TX SM37, make sure that job can be filtered out (input the right username, job date, job status; release, or just *).

Choose the one you want to delete (status released) and execute job -> delete

The job was created in client 500, which is not available now., so i am not able to list this job in my new client 555.

i am just getting Cancelled status only in new client 555 for the same job.

Logon another existing client, for example 000, and try to delete it.

this job triggers the central autoreactions and it is scheduled usually through RZ21. Please try to deschedule it also through RZ21 if it will work. This is an event triggered job, I think, you will not find it as "released".
