Which tables in SAP ERP 6.0 contain personally Identifiable information? What is the best way to identify tables with PII in the SAP ERP application?

Some example: the tables PA0002, PA0006, PA0008, PA0009, PA0014, PA0015, PA0077 contain PII. What tables contain W2 information?

A Herculean task 🙂

I suggest a good start would be to find all tables with a personnel number in them. You can run a where used list on the respective data element. If you are non-technical: any technical SAP expert will be able to tell you.

That max still leave the odd table where personal data is not referenced by pernr, but another field or where an unusual data element is used - most notably in custom tables.

W2: whatever this is? Looks like sth specific to a country. For the avoidance of ambiguity, it is always a good idea to refer to the contry concerned and make it "Usbekistan W2" or "Canadian W2".

Best wishes

Sven

Hi PII (Personal Identifiable Information):

any person can be identified by few things : 1) First name, 2) Last name, and SSN (if its USA). and the address co relation with it.

the above information, Name, and SSN stores in -> IT0002

Address data is in IT0006.

As long as you takes care of these things you are good.

hope it helps!
