Hi,
I have a scenario in EE group & Employee Subgroup i know it can be done but please help . please see the below issue
Employee Group Employee Subgroup
E2- Dy.Manager
E2- Asst Manager
E2- Sr. Engineer.
Please help!!
Manager, Sr manager, etc should not be the basis of configuring Emp.Group. They represent the authority levels of a position. A different way of identifying is recommended - e.g., pay scale area, or it may be an attribute of the position.
See the definition of EG/ESG in links below:
Employee Group - Model Company Great Britain (PY-GB) - SAP Library
Employee Subgroups - Model Company South Africa (PY-ZA) - SAP Library

Hi Naidu,
You can make like this after discussion with client.
Employee Group would be E2 and under that EE subgroup like below.
Sr. Engineer:- 01
Asst Manager:- 02
Dy. Manager:- 03
Then linkage would be
E2 01
E2 02
E2 03 etc.
Hope so you are clear now.
Regards,
Sankarsan

Dear Sir,
One more scenario i have pleas help
I have a scenario, i have generated 2.5 days per month .But if employee not work of his actual calendar days the quota should be deduct from the 2.5 days .
Eg : if employee works on 26 days on the month of March ie 31 calendar days then the quota must 31-5 =26 & quota must generate 2.09.
I think it will resolve with pcr
