cProjects Alerts

Hi,

     We have configured severity and assigned it to cProjects_severity under Alert Category Manual. Once we choose the alert manually within a task and also the responsible person, the alerts do not show up in sost. Is there anything that is missing. We checked ALRTCATDEF and the RFC destination seems to be correct (the same system).

Hi,

Set a breakpoint in CL_DPR_EVE_ALERT_TASK_O~IF_EVE_ALERT_OBJECT~GET_ALERT_RECIPIENTS

and analyse from there,

Hi,

      Thanks much. There were issues related to SMTP settings. It has been taken care. Alerts are showing up in sost.
