SAP Portal 7.31 browser support.

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded SP level from 7.31 SP8 to 7.31 SP14 on development server  and Kernel Version is 7.31.3301.370071.20140828111906.

After upgrade we are facing some issues theme issue in toplevel navigation and one of WDJ application.

Its working fine IE browser  but having problem with Firefox and Chrome.

Version ur=7.33.3.78.1;       portal=7.31.14.0.2;7.31.8.0.1

working fine IE browser

Not working with Firefox and Chrome : its merging bottom and top parts as showed below.

Can any one suggests how to resolve it.

Try to re-import the custom theme you trying to run then check again.

In addition to Hermanth comment please check the following notes:

1995454 - Central Portal Browser Support for Portal Mobile & Desktop

1666862 - Allow other browsers to access the portal

1655306 - Google Chrome for end users and administrators

As he mentioned first place is always PAM.

Hope you are doing good.

Can you check http://service.sap.com/pam to see if the browser versions are actually supported?
If so, do make sure that you are on the latest WD version. The SCAs are:  BIWDALV.SCA, FRAMEWORK.SCA, WDAPPS.SCA, WDRUNTIME.SCA and WDRUNTIMEEXT.SCA. Download the latest patches for these SCAs, load and deploy them using the any tool mentioned in sap note 1715441. Please check the SAP Note 1501448 - Download Web Dynpro SCAs in NetWeaver 7.3 for more information
