Hi Arun,

you can remove any tax code which is not linked with any transaction by clicking right.

How to view all inacive items and How to delete those inactive items ?

Hi Arun,

You can write simple query to view all inactive items

Select Itemcode, ItemName from OITM Where validfor <> 'Y' and InvntItem = 'Y'

You can go to Master data clean up wizard from administration -> Utility and select Item master data

Make sure to back up your database first before performing this task. So system will let you go to next step. Also no items can be removed which are already used in transactions.
