Display BW BPS Documents in BEx Query

Hello, 

I have a request to create a BEx query to access BW documents.  These BW documents are stored in documents manager via BPS planning screens.  I am able to see the document icon in the query but it says no documents available when selected.  I can create new documents here and access these new documents but it does not display any existing BW documents.   I have researched and may be getting confused between documents display from the portal or from BW documents manager.   We are on BW/Analyzer 7.3.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Roseanne,

I had a look into SAP help

under "Integration" it is only mentioned, that the documents can be seen and maintained in admin workbench. So it really sounds, thet they are not accessible in a query.

Hi Cornelia,

Thanks for forwarding the link.  In my research, I find discussions outlining how to access the BI documents from BEx Analyzer so I feel I should be able to get this to work.  In my query I can see the document icon and when I select Go To > Documents it takes me to the document manager on the portal but I need to display the document directly from BI.  Please see a couple of links I have found...
