UWL configuration

Dear Experts,

I have created the Clock In /Out correction request and it has gone to approver inbox. when i am trying to click on the task in uwl inbox it was  taking the default View and item type taken from the uwl.task.webflow.default.

But we have maintained the all the approver application and parameters and task numbers in  uwl.webflow.SAP_R3.xml .But system it was

taking from the uwl.task.webflow.default.

Could you please help me why system taking the default instead of taking configuration and we have updated the configuration xml file with new task was added in the file  and uploaded the new xml file and  Re- registered the system alias.

Hi,

Have you uploaded your custom xml file (uwl.webflow.SAP_R3.xml) with high priority?

High priority xml file will take the precedence.

Kindly reregister the connector and clear the uwl cache.

Re register the webflow connector and clear the uwl cache and try again.

After uploading the new XML file is it working ??

Why don't you download the default  XML file and update the parameters in the XML file and upload it once again???

Before downloading the XML file dont forget to take the backup.
