Answer letter is not showing the correct total when I try to print it for multiple periods for an employee having multiple garnishment's.
However it display's correctly if i run 'em individually.
Scenario:-
If I run period 7 and displayed Answer letter it works correctly
RT for that period
On running period 8 in which garnishment deduction went up, it display's correctly
RT for that period
However if i run them together to generate answer letter it get's messed up on the first column and copies previous 420.00 into the second row. It should display 499.00 instead
I have a rule on this field in PE51 Line Layout as well
Please assist.....
Hello Kary,
All garnishment orders in a period are summarized for this purpose, and the withheld amounts of all orders are added together. The payroll data must be accessed using wage type YG04.
