Hello Ajay,
it seems like this text received a wrong language key, e.g. English language key instead of the Bulgarian language key. This will result in a wrong encoding of the Bulgarian text.
If your system is Unicode-capable, try the PDFUC Device Type. This should handle such characters correctly.
Also, the PDFUC Device Type requires True Type fonts to be uploaded, which will be embedded into the PDF data. Follow the description of (the attachment of) SAP Note #999712 - "PDF conversion for Unicode", which describes that Report RSTXPDF2UC can be used for True Type font upload / administration.
After upload was done, generate / test a new PDF (instead of re-using an old spool request), so any problems of the old spool / PDF will not appear in the new one.
Best regards,
Laszlo

Hi Ajay
1. Could you share the error message in detail steps?
2. Is it SD? if it is yes, refer the SAP Notes
