Error while connecting to the SRM MDM UI application

Hi All,

I have upgarded the MDM system for SP05 to SP07.

While connecting to the SRM_MDM_UI Application for checking the configurations and the OCI Mapping I get an error saying "Failed to process request. Please contact your system administrator."

I also need to transport the configurations from one system to another.

Please help on this issue.

Check this note for all config done correctly ..

OSS Note 1753440 - Activating SRM-MDM Catalog Enhancement

it could be due to upgrade of system from 7.01 to 7.02, and old content remained in the system. Check repositories on the upgraded MDM server, with the same name as on the old one. Therefore, when accessing these repositories in the UI Config, the system retrieved the EhP01 UI.

Steps to do :

- Delete the relevant repositories from the MDM Server.

- Delete old config content in DB entries from MDM_SRM_CATCONFIG table.

- Unarchive new MDM repository

Hello,

Please make sure all MDM components have been upgraded to SP07.

In case of doubts please provide the system's component information.
