Hello Sonja,
Please check whether the below setting is maintained in your SAP system.
Also make sure that the Subject Area has been assigned to your questionnaire.
If you don't assign subject area to your questionnaire your questionnaire will be shown in Not Assigned status in CBIH52.
Do both the things you will get it.. I just tried. All the best
Regards
Dheeraj
Hello Krishna,
What system version are you using ?
Just checked and F4 help is in the standard system for this field.
Have you changed something in data element CCIHE_QSCONCATKEY ?
Any note implemented recently that could modify this field ?
Best regards,
Raphael

Hello Hare,
This could probably happen if you have not assigned the created specific questionnaire to the work area where you are trying to do a risk assessment for the agent.
Please go to the 'Edit Work Area' in --> CBIH02 and navigate to assign the questionnaire to the work area.
Make sure that the Questionnaire is answered and is in the validity period of the Work Area before entering the risk assessment results.
Once this is done, the questionnaire will be displayed in the F4 help.
Regards,
-Chris.
