Dear Sap Experts,

Please guide me how to delete service master data. As deletion flag option is grayed in t-code NT02.

Hi Umar,

I believe you must have resolved your issue else, please check the Authorization Roles assigned for your User-ID. The Authorization Object name is N_EINR_TCO for Tcode NT02.

Probably deletion authorization is missing.
