Nakisa TalentHub for HR & Executives. Search returned no records.

Hi, Experts!

I'm working with TalentHub for HR & Executives 4.0 SP1.

The problem is: search returned no records.

I tested module HRTMC_SEARCH_OBJECTS in SAP back-end. And it works fine there.

In logs I have the following error: ERROR com.nakisa.Logger - com.nakisa.manager.ui.subucs.ComplexRfcRequiredDataInfoSubUC : initialize : Complex RFC Schema not found.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Hi Denis.

Did you test it in the SAP back-end using the same user account as you are using for access from TalentHub for HR & Executives?  I'm wondering if it is a permissions related issue.

Yes, really it was permissions related issue.

Actually I had the same accounts, but there were some problems with authentication. After setting Authentication Settings -> Authentication Source parameters the problem has gone.
