Dear DMS experts,
After migration DMS server from one server to another an error has occurred in transaction CV03N when try open original document I got next error massage: File C:\temp\file_name cannot be created (Message no. 26172).
This happens when I try to open the documents that have already been previously saved, the documents are saved now - open normally.
In tr. SLG1 I see the following errors:

I do not know this problem relates to the existing or not yet, but I don’t know what is IP_HOST, none of my server does not have this address.
________
My Storage Categories: ZDMS_C1_ST
In SM59 SAPFTPA is working, but SAPHTTP don’t work. After change program SAPHTTP on a SAPGUI front-end, SAPHTTP is working.
I try ping my DMS – ok
In tr. CSADMIN I checked connection - all good.
Status: Running
Try test «nipping» on both servers all fine.
Tried to change the version of SAPGUI - did not help.
My system parameters DMS server:
OS: Windows Server 2012
DB: MAXDB Database Studio
I can not understand what the problem is because already migrate the server and it was all good
Thank you in advance.

Hi Vitaliy,
i was facing issues connecting to the document server myself and was unable to save new files as well.
the below OSS note was able to help me out.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
This is the Fix for these messages in the dev_icm log.
Go to OAC0 and for each of the below repositories delete them.
1. 10.26.24.44 belongs to Content Repository BS_ATF_CONTENT_SERVER
2. pwdf2625 belongs to Content Repository ED
If you are not using these, go to change mode in OAC0 and delete them.
You must restart SAP for the RZ20 monitors to update and the log to the dev_icm will be clear.

Ask your Basis to check the content repository connection and certificates in CSADMIN tocde.

Dear
The error message tells that Content repository DMS_C1 does not exist
Can you please check if this repository is existing in your system and it is accessible ?

Hi S S B ,
I'm sorry, I have laid out a mistake with the old Content repository DMS_C1, my new new Content repository ZDMS.
In SLG1 I have next error:

I think i am facing similiar problem as you for 1.2. Error: Problem class Additional Information
Do you mind to share what was misconfigured.
oac0 - Z1 connection to content server ok
oact - config for document type points to Z1
dc20 - defined carrier path with C:\DIRECTORY
i check is correct. anything i missed out or any advice
Hi Vitaliy,
Have you checked searching the document using sap transaction OAAD? Search in this transaction for document id 0050569339A51ED4828753F4B06C13F3 if you get any result? If you get any result against the document id in question and then try to double click and check if the document opens. Check what error message you get? In this case you have to include server team to look into the error message which you are getting.... Thanks.

Hi Vitaliy,
This means that your document is not available on the newly migrated server if you are getting the above message. You need to check if you document has been migrated from DMS_C1 to ZDMS or not. Also you need to validate the ZDMS content repository entries.
1. Validate HTTP Server name field and make sure you data moved to the mentioned Server.
2. Check Basic path , Archive Path, Output Device entry for ZDMS.
3. DMS_C1 and ZDMS are different content repository. For DMS_C1 if the storage type is R3 database then the document resides in SAP database. But for ZDMS the storage type seems to be HTTP Content Server, so the document is getting stored outside sap database.
Check the entries of ZDMS through OAC0( Click full administration).
This may give you some clue.
Regards
Ankit
