Performance Issues with BW7.4 and MS SQL

Hi Guys

We have SAP BW7.4 running on MS SQL 2012. And seem to be having some bad performance issues. Initially, I thought the database needed to be defragmented but this had no impact on the performance. The difference is quiet hugh with delta imports that use to take 33mins with SAP BW 3.5 to 160mins on BW7.4.

Looking at just this process, the longest time comes from the recreation of the Indexes which is standard SAP practice.

I really need help here if anyone can assist.
