Configure Participative Loans

Hi everyone,

I need to configure a new product type, the participative loan, i mean, a loan that at the last period will capitalize the interest and the main amount instead of doing final repayment.

So, the interest and the capital lent will become "shares" or participations of the company borrower.

Anyone knows where can I get some information about what kind of flow type and update type use for this case.
