Error #2032 Failed to download Platform configuration in BOBJ

Hi,

During accessing report under BOBJ in Internet Explorer. I am getting an error of #2032. I searched in internet for solution, which all implied with the problem in IE but I updated/ reinstalled the IE. But still the problem exists. Can you please suggest to resolve this problem.

Thanks Srinivasan for your answer. This error behaves differently in different cases. I just upgraded to IE 11. It worked. SAP Note for this error is in 0001484847. Thanks.

Hi Darshan,

Try this.

  1. In toolbar of the Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer, choose Tools -> Internet Options. The Internet Options window appears.
  2. In the Settings section of the Advanced tab, navigate to the Security list, and deselect the checkbox Do not save encrypted pages to disk.
  3. Save your change.
