Hi fellows , i need configure Backup in sap ecc with db2 10 z/os .
I'm search a doc with steps for creation database backup with DB13 .
I'm want to try in DEV system using BACKP SYSTEM . I'm using DBA Planning Calendar for solve this question . I'm dont expertise in db2 enviroments there i'm need a simple manual .

Hi 'im try to install SAPCL but in have doubt in the path . In doc show orignal path of instalation /u/sapr3/ecdrun but in my system dont have this path . I'm can create new path and put files there ?

Installing SAPCL executables:
● Create a directory <sapcl_dir> in z/OS UNIX System Services
● Download the newest version of SAPDB2CL.SAR from the SAP Service Marketplace and place and unpack to
directory <sapcl_dir>. You can find SAPDB2CL.SAR at:
service.sap.com/swdc

You can set the profile parameters for backup.
dbacockpit -> configuration -> job profile -> storage tab
Details can be found in DBA guide (section 8.1.3.2)
