Dear experts,
we have a Service Request (transaction type ZSE1). From this service request I would like to create a follow-up. This should be a Service Confirmation (transaction type ZSEC). Unfortunately I am not able to select this transaction type from the follow-up-menu in the Web Client UI. The copy control for transaction types has an entry for ZSE1 as source to ZSEC as target.
What might be the reason?
I know that there are a lot of reasons why the desired follow up transaction is not available but where can I start to investigate?
Is there a good guide for root cause analysis or is there any possibility to simulate everything?

you can check if you have any errors on SR document. you can also check if copy control for items is configured.

Can you check if your Service Confirmation Transaction Type is marked as relevant for the channel GUI CRM Web Client UI in the customization menu under Define Transaction Type.
