Graphical modeler process

I am new to SAP CRM as a functional consultant. During Segmentation as i click on Graphic Modeler i found blank screen . Please refer enclosed screen short and guide me through your expertise that how this problem can be solve.

Hi ,

Please check the activation of service in SICF and also check the browser setting as it is browser dependent.

Check the SAP Note 1903267 for browser release

Hi,

first please check if the reqired services are activated in SICF - you will find the required information in the following KBA:

2043514 - Flex based Graphical Modeler doesn't display

If this won't solve the issue please check if the issue is somehow browser depending - working in 1 browser but not working in another browser.
