Hello Gurus,
How we can replicate return request (Item category RET) to ECC form CRM system.
What is a mandatory setting for that process?

Hi Ajeet,
Return request gets replicated to ECC as a sales order with return item at the item level. Such creation is triggered by a suitable action which is assigned to the return request item category in CRM.

I have checked in R3AC1 but Object name SALESORDER not available.

Hi Ajeet,
To replicate any transaction from CRM to ECC below mentioned steps are the mandatory settings.
1. Same transaction type and item category must be available in both the system.
2. No. range internal at CRM and external at ECC
3. Same pricing (optional)
4. Same partner profile
Note:
1. Middleware setting must be there in system. (R3AC1 set filter according to your needs for object SALESORDER)
2. All master data must be there in both the system
3. It contains at least one item
4. You have not set the distribution lock
