Consolidation system data load

How is the data loaded to BPC consolidation system for balancesheet and p/l items?

Normally Is it MTD or YTD data load?

Appreciate your inputs..

Hi BPC Lover,

In ECC for all the balance sheet accounts data is captured at YTD level.

for all the P/L accounts its is periodic.

Hi,

In majority case of consolidation , data is loaded in YTD . It's depends on source, if in source data is in ytd format then then can load it YTD by creating model as YTD. if periodic then model type will PERIODIC. Accordingly you can define type of model and load the data.
