How can we download target group from sap crm gui

Hi Experts,

Please let me know, how to download target group from the SAP CRM GUI . Information: TG having 75000 BPs and using sap crm 7.0

Hi Vinay,

Why do you want to down load from GUI?
There is an option to down load from web UI itself. You can explore a communication channel 'file export channel'.

Here i wanted to let you know that, i was tried to download the BPs from the UI, but there it is not downloading more than 15000 BPs, So  here am assuming UI having limitation to download the numbers of BPS. If am correct, please share me SNOTE for to download the more records from the UI

Also found below note/s which may not be appropriate for the version that you are working, still will give some hints on how to go about it especially when you have more BPs to be downloaded.

Hi Vinay,

You are using CRM7.0. So from GUI you mean from CRMD_MKTSEG.

You just right click the TG, from the context menu choose the option 'Follow-up Processing' you will

find export to file.
