Fiori Login/logoff Page Not redirecting properly

Hi Experts,

We are facing an issue with the Fiori login and logoff page.

Login:

When we are trying to hit the Fiori URL, we are getting the attached popup (pic- "Login2") even after following the configuration steps for Login Page. If we try to enter the credentials here, i can navigate to my Fiori launchpad. But the normal behaviour should be that i should be getting "Login1" on the screen.

Logoff:

We have maintained proper values for logoff redirection .

After logging off from the Fiori Url, we are not being redirected to the login page which should allow me to enter the username and password (pic-"Login1").

We have already followed the below scn url: and the configurations have been set accordingly.

Please help me with your guidance.

Hi Yuvraj,

remove the User details from ushell service as shown in below screen: it will solve your issue:
